- You are logged in to the Fire Connect app and the site list displays.
- Tap a site from the Site Details.
To limit the number of entries, tap and enter a site name in Search or tap the appropriate icon in Overall status (for example, tap to view all sites that have events.)
- The Site Details list displays.
- Tap any of the following tasks to view the details:
- Incidents – Live incidents on the selected site. This is the default setting when selecting a site.
- History – Displays the event history for the selected site.
- Test – Displays test plans created for the selected site.
- Notifications – Provides options to select notifications.
- Site details – Details of the selected site.
- General information – Displays general information details such as account details, settings, and information regarding the app.
- The Site Details list displays.
Filtering site list
- In the event overview, tap any of the following options:
- Alarms
- Issues
- Disconnected
- Working Well
- The list of sites displays according to the selected option.
