• You are logged in to the Fire Connect app and the site list displays.
  1. Tap a site from the Site Details.

To limit the number of entries, tap and enter a site name in Search or tap the appropriate icon in Overall status (for example, tap to view all sites that have events.)

  • The Site Details list displays.
  1. Tap any of the following tasks to view the details:
  • Incidents – Live incidents on the selected site. This is the default setting when selecting a site.
  • History – Displays the event history for the selected site.
  • Test – Displays test plans created for the selected site.
  • Notifications – Provides options to select notifications.
  • Site details – Details of the selected site.
  • General information – Displays general information details such as account details, settings, and information regarding the app.
  • The Site Details list displays.

Filtering site list

  • In the event overview, tap any of the following options:
  • Alarms
  • Issues
  • Disconnected
  • Working Well
  • The list of sites displays according to the selected option.
