1. Download the latest version (10.1.0 or later) of the Apache Tomcat application from the official Apache Tomcat website (https://tomcat.apache.org/).
  1. Run the downloaded .exe file from the folder.
  • The Apache Tomcat Setup dialog displays.
  1. Click Next.
  1. In the License Agreement dialog, review and accept the terms of the license and then click I Agree.
  1. Retain the default selection in the Choose Components section and click Next to proceed.
  • The Apache Tomcat Setup: Configuration Options dialog displays.
  1. Enter the following values in the respective fields and click Next:
  • Server Shutdown Port: -1
  • HTTP/1.1 Connector Port: Port number from the Registry Editor as shown in the following image. To find your port number, open the Registry Editor from your system and navigate to Computer > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > SIEMENS > Advanced_Reporting.
  • Windows Service Name: Tomcat10
  • Roles: manager-gui

Do not enter any values for the User Name and Password.

  1. In the Apache Tomcat Setup: Java Virtual Machine path selection dialog, retain the default path and click Next.
  1. In the Apache Tomcat Setup dialog, retain the default installation folder path and click Install.
  • The information dialog displays.
  1. Click OK.
  • The Apache Tomcat application version 10.1.X is installed.
  1. Click Finish to close the setup.
