You can set Unit Start/Stop to OFF after the valve (AO) is fully open at 10 V.

After then, the fan (DO) turns off immediately and the vale (AO) changes to 0 V. Outside Air Damper Control (AO) gradually closes to 0 % and Return Air Damper Control gradually opens to 100 %.
