After the fan is ON, Cooling Valve Control takes the larger of the cooling and dehumidification values, both of which are calculated direct-proportionally by the PID function block. Cooling is calculated based on the return air temperature and return air temperature setpoint, and dehumidification is calculated based on the return air humidity and return air humidity setpoint.
