This template is used to control a relatively complex four-pipe air conditioning unit with return or exhaust fan. It uses heating valve for heating in winter and cooling valve for cooling in summer. Outside Air Damper Control generates outputs based on preset values, while Heating/Cooling Valve Control generates outputs based on return air temperature, temperature setpoint and PID calculation. Fault Alarm Protection includes individual sensor fault alarms, filter differential pressure switch and low limit temperature switch.
