The Help screen contains three sections.

  • To open the User guide in HTML format, tap on Help.
  • To open the Get started, tap on Get started. Instructions are displayed on how to get the app ready for use.
  • To report an issue, tap on Report issue. A dialog opens.
    • Enter information
    • Select the check box Include technical logs when reporting this issue.
    • You can attach a maximum of five screenshots.
    • Tap on Open email.
    • An email form from your provider opens. Copy the email address, which is included in the email text and paste in the recipient To field and send it manually.
