After log in, the app will navigate to the Welcome page. If you are new to the product, read the instructions to get your system ready. To read this information later, tap on Skip.
Opening a door depends on the lock type (SALTO or LEGIC) and the Access mode settings. For more information, refer to: Settings.
- Prerequisite: Your smartphone settings meet the requirements. See Requirements and limitation.
- Tap on My ID cards screen and wait until the keys are available. When you run the app for the first time, it can take a while until the keys become available. Your keys will appear once they are processed by the server.
- Depending on the lock type you can see different icons on My ID cards screen:
: Key button to open locks, tap on key button is required.
Or…: LEGIC reader icon to open LEGIC locks without tapping on key button.
- To open the door with SALTO, tap the icon
and hold the backside of the smartphone close to the card reader.
- To open the door with LEGIC, you have two options:
- If you have selected the option Requires tap on virtual credential in the Settings screen, tap the icon
and hold the backside of the smartphone close to the card reader.
- For LEGIC with all other Access mode options, hold the backside of the smartphone close to the card reader.
- If access has been granted, the message Access granted is shown on the My ID cards screen.
- If you do not have access to the door, the message Access denied is shown on the My ID cards screen.
- If you do not have a key, the message ID card incomplete is shown on the My ID cards screen.
