This is a mandatory step when accessing Comfort AI for the first time. It is not possible to create a machine user in Comfort AI after this. A machine user is required to perform actions in the background.

  • You already have created a new company in Accounts.
  • You are a member of the Customer Administrator user group and have the Comfort AI Advanced user role.
  • You are the first user to open Comfort AI for the first time. The button Create machine user is visible.
  • Select Create machine user.
  • The app opens.
  • The following machine users are created: Comfort AI Controller and Comfort AI Trainer.
