All users of Comfort AI need the Machine User Administrator platform role. For more information on the available roles, see Role concept in Accounts User Guide.
Some functions are only available with both a specific user role and Customer Administrator platform role. Different roles can be combined by adding a user to both user groups.
The following system generated user groups allow you to access functions in the platform app Accounts:
The system generated user groups cannot be deleted.
- Customer Administrator: Access all functions in Accounts (http://www.siemens.com/download?A6V12669212)
- Partition Administrator: Manage partitions.
- User Administrator: Manage users and user groups.
- Machine User Administrator: Manage machine users.
- Subscription Administrator: Manage subscriptions.
- User Group Administrator: Manage the user groups you are a member of.
The following roles allow you to access functions in the platform apps Devices and Data Setup:
- Connectivity Engineer: Access all functions in Devices (http://www.siemens.com/download?A6V12050067)
- Application Engineer: Access all functions in Data Setup (http://www.siemens.com/download?A6V12481797)

For the Connectivity Engineer and Application Engineer roles, user groups have to be created by a Customer Administrator or User Administrator.
