In the Licensed Product view, the Online license is indicated with blue O symbol. The Trust Flag column shows the status of license.
Below are the different status of online license:
USED: When the license is appear as USED, this indicates that license has been successfully activated by the user.
OVERUSED: The OVERUSED state shows that the license mastership has changed from one machine to another.
For example: If the original master client (1st machine) experiences a hardware failure the second client (2nd machine) starts and requests the same license from the LMS server. The 2nd machine calls the LMS server for the first time and obtains mastership for the requested license(s).
This transition when mastership is moved from one machine to another (e.g., from 1st to 2nd machine), the flag shows the state as OVERUSED.
OVERREQUESTED: This state is similar to the USED state. The OVERREQUESTED status occurs when one or more clients simultaneously request mastership of a specific license.
For example: A user migrates a license from one virtual machine to another and if both machines request mastership simultaneously, the LMS server denies both, resulting in the OVERREQUESTED state.
RETURNED: The RETURNED status occurs when that the valid token of the license has been returned by the client.
INVALID: The INVALID status occurs if an online check fails. If the server denies the request due to security checks or if the grace period of license is expired, the flag shows the state as INVALID with red background.
