Creating a work order manually- The work order add-on subscription was activated in Accounts.
- You have assigned data points to the equipment.
- An event is generated for a data point.
- The automatic work order creation for this data point is not activated. See Work order.
- Go to Overview > Events page (1).
- Select the event (2) for which you want to manually create a work order.
- In the Event card, select Request (3).
- Select View more/edit.
- The Asset Essentials app opens and displays the work order created in Operations Manager.
