• You have the Comfort AI Standard or Comfort AI Advanced user role.
  • You are in Comfort schedules.
  • You have selected the building you want to create an exception for.
  • You have created a comfort schedule.
  1. From the dropdown list, select the schedule you want to create an exception for.
  1. Select Edit.
  1. Select Exceptions.
  1. Choose a date from the calendar and select Add.
  1. Choose one of the options from the dropdown list and follow the instructions in the step describing the corresponding option:
  • Select Date to define an exception for specific dates.
    Select or enter a date for the exception.
  • Select Recurring to define an exception for a specific recurring period.
    Select the Day, Month and Year for the recurrence.
  • Select Date range to define an exception that occurs during a specific date range.
    Either define a specific start and end date or select the checkbox to set the date to indefinite.
  • Select Weekday to define an exception that occurs on specific days during the week.
    Select the Day, Week and Month for the recurrence.
  • Select Calendar to use a calendar reference, for example, to automatically create exceptions for public holidays.
  1. (Optional) Select the priority for the exception.
  1. Select Next.
  1. In the calendar, select the time at which the exception begins.
  1. Select the scene that is used for the exception.
  • The start time selection closes.
  1. Select the time at which the exception ends.
  1. Select End of exception.
  • The end time selection closes.
  1. Select Save.
  • Exceptions are displayed with rectangles in the calendar overview.
  • All exceptions can be displayed in the List view in the exception editor.
