Building X is a suite of AI-enabled open-platform apps that provide superior connectivity, future-proof your buildings, and help achieve your goals.
As of now, the offering embraces the following apps, with more to be added to the platform over time:

  • Accounts is a service that allows users to manage their company account.
  • Devices is a service that allows users to manage their company assets. Assets are considered sites (the building and location the device is in) and IoT devices.
  • Connect Hub is a service that allows users to deploy on Connect devices as well as Connect Software. It supports both automatic data point scanning and point activation requests by the Building X Cloud Service.
  • Connect Software is a virtual edge device (virtual cloud gateway device) that allows users to connect physical machines based on Windows Operating Systems and the equipment connected underneath, to the cloud.
  • Data Setup is a service that allows users to semantically enrich connected data points, equipment, and locations within a company.
  • Operations Manager is a service that allows users to operate and monitor building equipment and apps in real-time. It can monitor sites from one single point and ensures fast issue-responses while reducing downtime.
  • Energy Manager is a service that allows users to monitor and report on energy consumption, costs and CO2 emissions values of building portfolios and enables early corrective actions if necessary. Furthermore, it supports users in tracking sustainability goals to reach net zero buildings.
  • Security Manager is a service that allows users to operate and maintain security systems with unified and automated workflows. It centrally manages daily security operations and incidents across all systems.
  • 360° Viewer is a service that represents a location as a virtual 3D environment, allowing for indoor navigation for insights into equipment topology and installation.
  • API Manager is a service that provides the capability to manage access to APIs in Building X.
  • Rules is a service that allows users to collect data from any Building X source, apply a business logic with a rule, and reuse that information in other Building X services or apps.
  • Comfort AI is a service that allows users to optimize comfort by proactively calculating optimum indoor temperature and commanding it to the building without human interaction.
  • Data Visualizer is a service that allows users to display the performance of the equipment connected to gateway devices/data points. It represents static and dynamic data in the form of graphs and charts, which helps to identify areas that require enhancement.
  • Fire Manager is a service that provides fire protection service companies the ability to view all their sites in one central location. This reduces the need for frequent site visits.
