To make sure DXR1 can control damper position accurately, DXR1 will do position calibration when the damper position is reached to defined condition. The defined condition can be configured by parameter End position synchronization.

Note: Synchronization will only be performed when [VavSuPos = 0% or 100%], if the present value of “VavSuPos” changes to [0% < VavSuPos < 100%], synchronization will be interrupted and the position will be under control immediately.

Following is an explanation to each option under End position synchronization:

Options

Details

Single (default setting, recommended)

If the damper is staying at 0% or 100%, synchronization for 1.5 * [Rise time] (100%) or 1.5 * [Fall time] (0%).

None

No synchronization

Continuous

If the damper is staying at 0% or 100%, permanent synchronization.

Every 10 min

If the damper is staying at 0% or 100%, synchronization for 1.5 * [Rise time] (100%) or 1.5 * [Fall time] (0%) every 10 minutes.

Every 20 min

If the damper is staying at 0% or 100%, synchronization for 1.5 * [Rise time] (100%) or 1.5 * [Fall time] (0%) every 20 minutes.

Continuous open

If the damper is staying at 100%, permanent synchronization.

Continuous close

If the damper is staying at 0%, permanent synchronization.

Single open

If the damper is staying at 100%, synchronization for 1.5 *[[Rise time] (100%).

Single close

If the damper is staying at 0%, synchronization for 1.5 * [Fall time] (0%).

Open every 10 min

If the damper is staying at 100%, synchronization for 1.5 * [Rise time] (100%) every 10 minutes.

Close every 10 min

If the damper is staying at 0%, synchronization for 1.5 * [Fall time] (0%) every 10 minutes.

Open every 20 min

If the damper is staying at 100%, synchronization for 1.5 * [Rise time] (100%) every 20 minutes.

Close every 20 min

If the damper is staying at 0%, synchronization for 1.5 * [Fall time] (0%) every 20 minutes.
