The configuration of devices is presented in their respective interaction detail cards. The respective cards can be opened in Operation > Building view: select a room, a device, and Details. The detail cards of the room devices RDF and WRA contain read-only and read/writable parameters, which can apply globally, per room, or per device.
Parameter values that are controlled by a function can be temporarily overridden on a specific device in its detail card. The parameter value follows the “last wins” principle, so that it remains in effect until another value change is made, which can be a switching point in a scheduler, a manual change or an update by the periodic synchronization done every 12 hours.
The table below shows the configurable parameters, their types and how they are updated, for example
- A single device can be configured via detail card, such as “Room Temperature setpoint high limit” can be changed and is then stored on the device EEPROM.
- Multiple devices in a room controlled by a function, (e.g. Keylock) are collectively configured through the function. Any other value on a device in the room is changed at the 12-hour synchronization update.
- A setpoint on a WRA is determined by the setpoint scheduler function. If the value is changed on its detail card, this value is applied until the next switching point of the scheduler.
