A new user must first sign up in the Accounts application. After registering with e-mail, a chosen password (having at least 12 characters), given name and family name, a confirmation link is sent to the e-mail address provided. After confirmation of the account, the user can be invited to join a company and will gain access upon acceptance of the invitation.

An invitation is created by the customer administrator, and the invitation is sent to the new user's e-mail address. The invitee can either click on the link in the e-mail, or copy in the activation ID in the account setup wizard.
