In Accounts, section User management, the customer administrator can manage user accounts and access to the Plug and play automation application with the following operations.

Suspending accounts

An active user account can be suspended, so that login to it is temporarily blocked while the account still exists. In Users, the administrator can suspend a selected active account with the Suspend button.

A suspended user experiences only that login to the device fails. A suspended account is unlocked with Resume.

Changing user roles

To change user roles, select an account to open the user group menu, adjust memberships and save.

Removing accounts

An administrator can permanently remove a user account from the company with Users > Remove.
