With existing connection to POL448
- POL448 is pre-registered.
- POL448 is connected to the power supply and to the Climatix GS app. in 'Device IP Settings', there is a blue cloud symbol on the status bar.
- You can establish a connection to the Internet with your mobile device (GS app).
- Please note that you cannot keep a connection to POL448 and Climatix IC at the same time.
- In the main menu, tap Device Activation.
- The physically connected POL448 is listed, along with a "Now connected" message.
Note: The list can contain historical connections.
- Select the physically connected POL448.
- The following details are displayed: Device name, Activation key, Country and Device description.
- (Optional): If required, edit the details.
- (Optional): If you have connected to the POL448 via WLAN Stick and connect to the Internet via WLAN, you must change your WLAN now.
- Tap Activate cloud.
- The POL448 is activated; the assignment of the pre-registration is finalized.
Without existing connection to POL448
- POL448 is pre-registered.
- POL448 is NOT connected to the power supply and NOT connected to the Climatix GS app.
- You can establish a connection to the Internet with your mobile device (GS app).
- In the main menu, tap Device Activation.
- Select 'Add device manually'.
- Tap 'Allow' to let the Climatix GS app access the camera of your mobile device.
- Scan the QR code of the POL448 as shown below.
- The following details are displayed: Device name, Activation key, Country and Device description.
- (Optional): If required, edit the details.
- Tap Activate cloud.
- The POL448 is activated; the assignment of the pre-registration is finalized.
