With the Assign to all partitions automatically checkbox, you can define that the rule is automatically assigned to all accessible partitions that are added to or shared with the company. If the checkbox is selected, the rule is also assigned to all partitions added to or shared with the company after this moment.
- You have the Rules Advanced user role.
- You are in the ๎จน Company library.
- Select an existing rule or Create rule. See Creating a rule
- Select the Assign to all partitions automatically checkbox.
- Select Save.
- The rule is automatically assigned to all accessible partitions (shared and owned)
If the rule is already assigned to partitions and the checkbox is cleared, all existing assigned partitions remain the same. Partitions that are added to or shared with the company after this are not assigned.
