The Asset rules tab displays all rules that are assigned to a partition and linked to partition assets. For each rule and asset pair, one entry is displayed in the table. You can schedule and run rules and edit input parameters.
The Asset rules tab the following information about all rules linked to an asset of the selected partition:
- Name: Displays the name and description of the rule.
- Schedule: Displays the type of schedule. For example, None, Default, Partition level or Asset level.
- Asset linked: Displays the asset to which the rule is linked.
- Type: Displays the equipment type for which the rule is designed.
- Status: Displays the current status of the rule.
- Applicability: Displays the applicability test status (success or failure).
- Carried out last: Displays the date the rule was last carried out.
- Show results: Displays the Results dialog with full history of previous runs of the rule even for overlapping data-collection timeframe. The result can be downloaded as a JSON file.
- Last result: Displays the last result (passed or failed) for the rule. The rule passed or failed means that the rule was able to go through the flow and reach the Result node to persist a result, not that an actual event of the rule was specified as passed or failed.
- Activation: Displays the schedule activation status.
With the More button, the following actions can be performed for each rule:
- Run
- Schedule
- Activate/Deactivate
- The actions Run and Schedule are only available for rules with Activated status. A rule in Deactivated status cannot be carried out.
- Applicability test
- Unlink rule
- Input parameters
- The reset icon is present next to the value to reset the input parameter value to the default value set at partition level.
- Input parameters entered in the Asset rule level overwrite the input parameters entered in the Partition library.
If a rule with an existing schedule from Partition library page is scheduled in Asset rules page, the schedule from Asset rules will be used.
