To ensure that a rule is not carried out prematurely, the status should be changed after the rule is ready to be carried out. A rule cannot be scheduled if it is Deactivated and already scheduled rules will not be carried out if the rule is Deactivated.
- You are in the Company library.
- Identify the rule you want to activate.
- In the table, select More > Activate schedules next to the rule.
- The Update schedule status dialog displays.
- Select Activate.
