• You have the Rules Advanced user role.
  • You are in the Company library.
  1. Select Create rule.
  1. In the Create new rule dialog, enter a name.
  1. From the dropdown list, select one or multiple target equipment types. If necessary, select a sub-type for the target equipment.

The options available in the input parameter node in the Flow Editor depend on the selection in this field.

  1. (Optional) Enter a description and add tags.
  1. (Optional) Select the checkbox for Assign to all partitions automatically.
  1. (Optional) Select the checkbox for Link to all assets automatically.
  1. Select Save.

The shared rule cannot be edited.
