• You have the Advanced user role.
  • The Point cloud instance has not been set to private mode in NavVis IVION.
  • The Point cloud instance is in Active status.
  • The site overview is open.
  1. Identify the building.
  1. In the Point cloud instances widget, select Generate public link.
  • The Publish link dialog opens.
  1. Enter or select the expiration date.

The maximum duration can be set to one year.

If you do not specify any expiration date, Confirm is disabled.

  1. Select Confirm to acknowledge pending creation of the Link.
  • Newly created URL link is now set as public, meaning that no authentication is required to access given Point cloud instance. Please note that this Point cloud instance will be accessible to anyone who has access to this link. By providing your confirmation you are accepting the responsibility for the access.
