The Cloud Service is currently compatible with commercially available Connected Devices from Siemens. A description of the available Connected Devices is provided below.

 

List of supported Connected Devices

SIEMENS: SiPass

SiPass with Sync Agent 1.0: SiPass software product is running on Windows computer hardware. The supported software version is SiPass MP2.85 (HF05) or higher.

SiPass with Sync Agent 2.x: SiPass software product is running on Windows computer hardware. The supported software version is SiPass MP 2.95 (HF02) or higher.

SiPass includes multiple software applications collectively referenced herein as Software to supply building data to this Cloud Service.

SIEMENS: SIPORT

SIPORT with Sync Agent 1.0: SIPORT software product is running on Windows computer hardware. The supported software version is SIPORT V3.2.3.359 or higher.

SIPORT with Sync Agent 2.x: SIPORT software product is running on Windows computer hardware. The supported software version is SIPORT V3.3.1.235 or higher.

SIPORT includes multiple software applications collectively referenced herein as Software to supply building data to this Cloud Service.

SIEMENS: Siveillance Video

Siveillance Video software product is running on Windows computer hardware. The supported software version is Siveillance Video 2020R3 or higher.

Siveillance Video includes multiple software applications collectively referenced herein as Software to supply building data to this Cloud Service.

A Connected Device must be purchased and installed on premise at a site specified by the Customer as agreed between the Customer and Siemens to use the Cloud Service. Customer is responsible for installing the Connected Device at the site and any associated costs to perform said Cloud Service in accordance with related Documentation for the Connected Device.

Web browser and Viewing Devices

Chrome is recommended to use the Cloud Service, but other standard browsers might also serve this function. Screen resolution of 1920x1080 pixels or higher is recommended for best user experience.

Internet Connection

The bandwidth of Customer’s internet connection determines the performance of the Cloud Service.
