Contractual documents

Device Manager is a Cloud Service that is offered with an Order of a Desigo Optic gateway (CFG3.F200 referenced as Connected Device) in accordance with the contract terms and conditions set forth herein, in the Universal Customer Agreement ("UCA") and the Building Products Specific Terms (a "Supplemental Term" under the UCA), posted at https://www.siemens.com/universalcustomeragreement-tc and https://sid.siemens.com/v/u/A6V13131423, respectively (collectively, the "Contract Documents").

If you have a separate reseller agreement with Siemens, you may resell this Cloud Service in accordance with the terms set forth in the Contract Documents.

Supported Siemens Cloud-enabled devices

The service is currently only compatible with commercially available Siemens gateways manufactured under the Desigo Optic brand (the Desigo Optic gateway family). A description of Desigo Optic gateways is provided below. A Desigo Optic gateway must be purchased and installed on premises at a sited specified by you in accordance with a separate agreement between your company and Siemens to use the service. You are responsible for installing the Desigo Optic gateway at the site.

CFG3.F200

The CFG3.F200 is powered by DC 24V or AC 24V and may require an enclosure.

The CFG3.F200 includes embedded software (for example, firmware and factory installed applications collectively referenced herein as the CFG3.F200, EDS, and Desigo Optic) to supply building data to the device. Licensing for Desigo Optic software points and histories licensing are provided separately and not included with the CFG3.F200.

Web browser and viewing device

Chrome and Firefox are recommended to use the service, but other standard browsers might also serve this function. Screen resolution of 1920x1080 pixels or higher is recommended for the best user experience.

Internet connection

The bandwidth of your internet connection determines the performance of the service.
