All systems, including the software applications that are deployed on a customer site, should be dimensioned according to size and operating system compatibility.
Minimum Software Requirements
The Connect Software runs on the following Microsoft operating systems and editions:
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 Professional
- Windows Server 2022 or Windows Server 2019
Hyper-V
- Hyper-V enabled
- Hyper-V Manager V.10 or newer
Minimum Hardware Requirements
- X.86 based CPU architecture
- 4 CPU cores
- 4GB RAM
- 10GB free hard disk space
Web browser and viewing devices
Chrome is recommended to use the Cloud Service, but other standard browsers might also serve this function. Screen resolution of 1920x1080 pixels or higher is recommended for best user experience.
Internet Connection
The bandwidth of Customer’s internet connection determines the performance of the Cloud Service.
Administrative privileges
Administrative privileges, and an administrator account are required to setup the Connect Software.
