On rare occasions, it may be necessary to re-register a device with Edge2Cloud. To re-register a device on an F200, you must reset the configuration of the device using the following procedure:
- Log into the EDS Gateway.
- Navigate to the Maintenance tab
- Select, Reset Configuration.
- Navigate to Edge2Cloud and locate the existing device you wish to re-register.
- Select Delete to remove the device from the system.
- Re-register the device with Edge2Cloud.
