On rare occasions, it may be necessary to re-register a device with Edge2Cloud. To re-register a device on an F200, you must reset the configuration of the device using the following procedure:

  1. Log into the EDS Gateway.
  1. Navigate to the Maintenance tab
  1. Select, Reset Configuration.
  1. Navigate to Edge2Cloud and locate the existing device you wish to re-register.
  1. Select Delete to remove the device from the system.
  1. Re-register the device with Edge2Cloud.
