The workflow service allows you to use external APIs (outside of Building X) in your workflows. External APIs can only be used if they support mTLS and a certificate is provided.
Providing the certificate
Any external API must be whitelisted, which can be done via a support request.
- Select the Authentication tab.
- Select Upload certificate.
- Drag and drop or choose the appropriate client certificate from your file system.
- Select Save.
Replacing or removing certificate
To replace or remove your certificate, select Replace certificate or Remove certificate.
