- Prerequisite: You have the Service Engineer role and have received an email with the tenant ID. Information on how to assign the role can be found in Security Manager Online Help, chapter Assigning and unassigning roles.
- Download the SALTO Nebula app onto your smartphone. Here is the link to the app: https://apps.apple.com/de/app/salto-nebula/id1449607446
NOTICE
Do not use the SALTO web application from the vendor.
- Open the SALTO Nebula app to login using the same email address you used to login into Security Manager.
- You will receive a confirmation code via email.
- Enter this code in the SALTO Nebula app to login.
- The SALTO Nebula app opens.
- Open the dropdown menu at the top and select the tenant ID. The tenant ID can be found in the email you received after you were assigned the Service Engineer role.
- Select Devices in the navigation bar.
- Tap on Configure.
- Select the lock or gateway for commissioning from the list of devices.
- For locks, the entry matches the lock ID entered in Security Manager.
- For gateways, the entry matches the gateway name entered in Security Manager.
- Hold the smartphone near to the lock or gateway.
- The app automatically detects the device and configures it.
NOTICE
The app does not configure the lock
The following measures can help to carry out the commissioning:
- Bring the smartphone closer to the lock
- Check the lock battery
- Contact the SALTO company
- When configured, tap on Finish.
