By default, the identity type UIM is used to configure a specific identity type for the company. Follow the steps below to change the default settings:
- In vertical navigation, open Configuration > System settings.
- Under Settings, select Identity management.
- Click Edit to update the default configuration of identity management.
- By default, the identity type UIM is selected. If required, you can change the identity type.
- (Optional) Select an identity type from the Identity type dropdown list.
For more information on identity types, contact the helpdesk.
- Activate the Upload photo via mobile app checkbox if you want to enable photo upload option from mobile app.
- Set the credential limit in Max. number of active mobile devices and physical credentials and Max. number of active mobile devices.
- Click Save.
- If you reduce the credential limit, the existing active credentials get deactivated automatically.
