• The VideoEngineer user role is assigned to you.

• You have an active Arcules account and remember your login details. For more information, see: Arcules documentation.

• To receiving video alarms in Security Manager, a custom rule must be created in your Arcules account.

• Configuration > Connections is displayed.

1. Select an appropriate partition, if the company has more than one partition. For more information, see: Selecting partitions.

2. Click Create and enter the following information:

• Name: Enter a name for the video connection.

• Type: Select Video.

• Provider: Arcules is the default provider. Keep the settings.

• API endpoint: Specify the API endpoint based on your Arcules account region.

• User name: Enter your Arcules email address. Keep in mind that the email address specified in the custom rule of your Arcules account needs to match the one used in Security Manager.

• Password: Enter your Arcules password.

3. Click Test to validate connection.

• A green check mark is displayed if the connection is successful.

4. Click Save.

• The new video connection is created and listed in the Connections section.
