You can search for locks and gateways by various properties.
Searching by lock status
- In the search field, select Status.
- Select Not assigned or Assigned.
- Optionally, enter the lock ID in the search field.
- Press Enter to view the list of locks based on search and select the required lock.
Searching by low battery charge status
- In the search field, select Battery charge and Low.
- Press Enter to view the list of locks based on search and select the required lock.
Searching by gateway name
- Enter the name of the gateway in the search field and press Enter.
