Access privileges can also be defined by membership in a group. In the Groups, you can define the groups by combining privileges with roles. For example, users with the right to manage incidents (role Security Operator) get access to the control room in different shifts (privileges). For this you need authorization for the administration of groups.
- Privileges have been defined.
- Access > Groups is displayed.
- Select a group in the User groups list and click Edit.
- In the Privileges tab, click Assign.
- In the Assign privileges dialog, select the check boxes for the required access privileges.
- Click OK.
- To remove a privilege, click
Delete.
- The privilege member will be removed immediately.
- Click Save to save your settings.
