You can assign an identity as an owner to a group. Each group can have a maximum of one owner. Owners can review groups assigned to them in Workflows.
- Access > Groups is displayed.
- Select a group in the User groups list and click Edit.
- In the Details tab, enter and assign the following:
- Under Owner, click Assign.
- In the Assign owner dialog, search and select the identity from the list that you want to add as an owner to the group.
- Click OK.
- To remove an owner and assign a new owner, click
Delete and follow the above steps.
- The owner is removed, and a new owner is assigned immediately.
- Click Save to save your settings.
- The assigned owner can review the corresponding group.
