You can assign an identity as an owner to a group. Each group can have a maximum of one owner. Owners can review groups assigned to them in Workflows.

  • Access > Groups is displayed.
  1. Select a group in the User groups list and click Edit.
  1. In the Details tab, enter and assign the following:
  • Under Owner, click Assign.
  • In the Assign owner dialog, search and select the identity from the list that you want to add as an owner to the group.
  • Click OK.
  1. To remove an owner and assign a new owner, click Delete and follow the above steps.
  • The owner is removed, and a new owner is assigned immediately.
  1. Click Save to save your settings.
  • The assigned owner can review the corresponding group.
