In the Additional Information tab, you can provide information regarding department and location of an identity.

  1. In the left navigation pane, open Access > Identities.
  1. In the Identities list, select an identity to which you want to add information.
  1. Open the Additional Information tab and click Edit.
  1. Enter the Department ID of the identity, which is optional. NOTICE! The Department ID can be alphanumeric with the length of maximum 80 characters.
  1. Enter Location of the identity, which is optional. NOTICE! The Location can be alphanumeric with the length of maximum 80 characters.
