The Maintenance dashboard provides an overview of all devices that may require action or your focused attention.

Battery Charge List

The Battery charge list provides you with an overview of the battery status of the offline card readers and displays the date of the last update. In this way, you can easily find out which card reader needs maintenance, and thus quickly replace or recharge its battery.

Device: It displays card readers, doors and locks. To sort them by name, click Device.

Charge level: It displays the charge level of the battery and helps you to check the remaining battery charge. Depending on the device, either the battery charge level in percentage or indicators such as high, medium and low are displayed in addition to the minimum battery charge level. The lower the battery charge level in percentage, the more critical the color becomes. The red color or low charge indicator means that the battery needs to be changed or recharged.

Last updated: It displays the date when the battery status was last updated.

All Sites Drop-Down List

You can display the battery charge level of any device at the selected site.

Therefore, select the site from the All sites drop-down list. For more information, refer to: Working with the All Sites Drop-Down List.

Tags Drop-Down List

You can filter the battery charge level of any device based on a specific tag you have created.

Therefore, select the tag from the Tags drop-down list. For more information, refer to: Working with the Tags Drop-Down List.

Currently Offline

The Currently offline list displays devices which are currently offline.

Device: It displays all devices.

Last activity: It shows the date and time the device was last online.

Offline for: It displays for how many minutes or hours the device has been offline.

All Sites Drop-Down List

You can display devices that are offline at the selected site.

Therefore, select the site from the All sites drop-down list. For more information, refer to: Working with the All Sites Drop-Down List.

Tags Drop-Down List

You can filter devices that are offline based on a specific tag you have created.

Therefore, select the tag from the Tags drop-down list. For more information, refer to: Working with the Tags Drop-Down List.

Connection Lost List

The Connection lost list displays disconnections between the devices and subsystems connected.

Device: It displays all devices.

Count: It displays how many times the connection between the device and subsystem connected was lost.

Average duration: It displays the average duration of a disconnection.

Total duration: It displays the total duration of all disconnections.

Connection Lost Column Chart

On the right-hand side of the screen, there is a diagram. When you click a card reader in the Connection lost list, it is visualized in the column chart. Hovering over a blue bar of the column chart will display the time period and duration during which the card reader lost its connection to the subsystem. The horizontal axis displays the date during the selected time period. The horizontal data zoom slider provides the possibility to zoom into a specific date, allowing you to investigate the data in detail and find out the root causes of disconnections. What is displayed in the column chart depends on the time period selected in the Calendar bar. For more information on the Calendar bar, refer to: Working with the Calendar Bar.
