• Groups have been created in the Groups pane.
  1. In the left navigation pane, open Access > Identities.
  1. In the Identities list, select an identity you want to add to groups.
  1. Open to the User groups tab and click Edit.
  • You can assign new groups, or you can remove existing groups.
  1. To assign new groups, click Assign groups.
  • Mark check boxes for one or more groups.
  • Click Assign
  1. To unassign a group, click the delete symbol.
  • The group is removed immediately.
  1. Click Save to save your settings.
  • The person with the identity, additionally has the privileges defined for the group or groups that are assigned.
NOTICE

These privileges are withdrawn when the person is removed from the group. If you change the privileges of the group, this also affects the privileges of the person.

  • Allow some time for these changes to propagate through the system. After a few minutes, the user should be able to open the doors according to the specified time schedules.
