User Interface
The Connect X200 / X300 has a web user interface that is intended for commissioning and maintenance of the device. The web interface has three tabs.
Operation
In the Operation tab, you can check the cloud connectivity and application status. You can also edit and rename the gateway device or edit the device description.
Network
In the Network tab, you can configure IP settings, Firewall, Route, Proxy, and Tunnel settings. There are five sub-tabs to individually complete these tasks:
IP Settings
Configure local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) settings or add new IP settings.
Firewall:
Add or remove different firewall rules for Connect devices
Route
Do not change Route settings. Changing these setting will result in loss of cloud connectivity.
Proxy
Enable or disable a proxy server and define its IPv4 address and the port number. This feature is typically used for enterprise-level networks. The proxy server must have DNS functionality built in to properly work.
Tunnel
Configure your tunnel endpoints to enable remote web access.
Maintenance
In the Maintenance tab, you can restart the gateway device, reset the device to factory settings, and download logs.
If you Factory reset the Connect device to the factory settings, the network settings and the configured project data will be lost. The device must be commissioned again.
