When you select an event, you can check its details and properties of the event source in the event-related applications on the right.
Event Details
Information about the event currently being processed is displayed in the Event Details tab.
1 | What occurred in the system. Namely, event category color, event cause description, intervention text (subsystem-dependent), source state, and event state. | |||

Active | Unprocessed | Event condition is active and not cleared. The event has not been acknowledged. The condition which caused the alarm still exists. | ||
Active | Waiting for Condition | Event condition is active and not cleared. The event has been acknowledged. The condition which caused the alarm still exists. | ||
Quiet | Unprocessed | Event condition is not active and not cleared. The event has been acknowledged. | ||
Quiet | Ready to be Reset | The source state is back to normal condition. Event condition is no longer active and now can be cleared. |
2 | Where the event occurred in the system. You can also inspect the event source, and check event source information. |
3 | When the event occurred. |
4 | Event handling commands. |
5 | Open the More expander to view additional information about the selected event. |
6 | Open the Event Notes expander to handle event notes. |
7 | Switches to investigate the system. |
Properties of the Object in Alarm
Properties of the object in alarm are displayed in the Properties tab. The same functionality is also available in system monitoring, underneath the Primary pane. For more details, see Properties.
