Setting preferred time zone (required)

Setting your time zone is required.

  1. Go to My account > General > Preferred time zone.
  1. In the drop-down menu, select your time zone.
  1. Click Update.

Setting preferred email address (optional)

Your login information automatically populates and verifies the preferred email address field.

  1. Go to My account > General > Preferred email address.
  1. Type in your email address.
  1. Click Update.
  • A verification email will be sent to your email address.
  1. In a new tab, go to your email inbox.
  1. Open the email, and click Click here to verify.
  1. Login to Accounts.
  • A checkmark appears next to your email once it's verified.

Setting preferred phone number (optional)

  1. Go to My account > General > Preferred phone number.
  1. In the drop-down menu, select your country area code.
  1. Type in your phone number.
  1. Click Update.
  • A verification link will be sent to your phone number.
  1. Click the link to verify.
  1. Log in to the Accounts application.
  • A checkmark appears next to your phone number once it's verified.
