1. Go to My account > General.
  1. Click Edit .
  • A new tab will open that will lead you to the Siemens ID Self Service Portal.

In the Siemens ID Self Service Portal, you will be able to:

  • Change Name
  • Change Email
  • Change Password
  • Multi-Factor-Authentication

Changing Name

  1. Click Change Name.
  1. Edit the name fields.
  1. To save the changes, click Save.

Changing Email

When you request to change your email, a verification email will be sent to the new address. You will not be able to log in again until after you verify your new email address.

  1. Click Change Email.
  1. Edit the field.
  1. To update the new email address, click Submit Request.

Changing Password

  1. Click Change Password.
  1. Click Request Email.
  • After submitting your request, an email will be sent with a link to change your password.

Enable Multi-factor Authentication

  1. Click Multi-Factor-Authentication.
  1. Click Add authentication method.
  • After submitting your request, an email will be sent with a link to add an authentication method.
