Behavior of the LEDs and SVC button during commissioning:

  1. On start-up, all LEDs light up briefly. Only LEDs marked RUN, CLOUD, APPS, and SVC are used.
  2. RUN: Flashing red light during BIOS self-test, then steady green. Flashing green light while applications start.
  3. CLOUD: Steady blue when internet connection to the cloud has been established. If LED status changes from steady blue to flashing, an error has occurred. In this case, check the internet connection/router.
  4. APPS: Flashing green when applications are (re-)starting. Steady green if all applications work properly.
  5. SVC: Slowly blinking until the steps in section Selecting network mode have been completed. Steady red once the IP address 169.254.169.254 has been assigned.
  6. SVC button – Double press: The IP address 169.254.169.254 will be assigned to the LAN port for a duration of 15 min.
Long press – press button and release when the RUN LED is steady green (this may take up to 30s): A factory reset will be performed. All configuration data and installed applications will be deleted.
