In Energy Manager you can filter sites in the Dashboard or in the Site details pages. You can filter by:

  • buildings or campuses
  • an individual site
  • multiple sites (not possible for Site details)
  • according to building type

Filtering buildings or campuses

To filter data by buildings or campuses, carry out the following instructions:

  1. Select Dashboard, Site details or Emissions in the vertical navigation.
  1. Select the Sites filter (1).
  • The Filter by window opens.
  1. Open the Buildings/Campuses (2) dropdown list and select the desired option.
  1. Select Apply filter (3).

Filtering individual and multiple sites

To filter data by specific sites, carry out the following instructions:

In Dashboard, you can select multiple buildings or multiple campuses at the same time. This feature is not available in the Site details page where only single item selection is supported.

  1. Select Dashboard, Site details or Emissions in the vertical navigation.
  1. Select the Sites filter (1).
  • The Filter by window opens.
  1. Open the Buildings/Campuses (2) dropdown list and select the desired option.
  1. Select a site in the location tree (3) or on the map (4).

Use Search field to aid your selection. Type in the name of the site or use the search criteria.

  1. Select Apply filter (5).

Filtering according to building type

Effective building performance analysis requires comparison of similar building types. Building types are to be assigned using the Devices or Data Setup apps. For more information, see the Onboarding Online Help.

To filter buildings types, carry out the following instructions:

  1. Select Dashboard in the vertical navigation.
  1. Open the building type dropdown list.
  1. Select the building types that you want to include on the dashboard.

Use Search field to aid your selection. Type in the name of the site or use the search criteria.

  1. Select Apply filter.

Removing site filter

The site filter can only be removed in the Dashboard.

To remove the site filter, carry out the following instructions:

  • The Dashboard is filtered by an individual or multiple sites.
    For more information, see Filtering sites.
  1. Select Dashboard in the vertical navigation.
  1. Go to the Sites filter and select Remove filter at the bottom-right corner of the window.
