Export data as a custom report (PDF). A custom report contains one or more charts, a data table, and/or a comment. Decide if you want to generate it immediately or at regular time intervals. Locate and manage your custom report via the Reports page of the navigation bar.
- The time filter is set correctly (Setting a period).
- The correct sites are selected (Filtering sites).
The time filter has the following limitations:
- For the 15 minutes' interval, the maximum time exported is 20 days
- For the hourly interval, the maximum time exported is 90 days
- For the daily interval, the maximum time exported is 2 years
- For the weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual intervals, the maximum time exported is 5 years
- Select Dashboard, Site details or Emissions in the vertical navigation.
- Navigate to the widget you want to generate a report from (e.g. Portfolio overview).
- Select More.
- Select Tools > Create report. For more information about individual configuration options, see Custom report chart options.
- The Create report dialog opens with some pre-filled fields. Input fields in the Create report dialog depend on the widget type and settings.
- Enter a Name in the Details section.
- Configure the Charts section. Each widget has a different set of options. For their overview, see Custom report chart options.
- (Optional) To add another chart, select Add chart.
- (Optional) To remove a chart, select Delete. At least one chart must be used.
- To include a table, select Include in the Table section. This option is available only for the Portfolio overview and Site ranking widgets.
- (Optional) In the Comment section, enter a comment.
- (Optional) Select Schedule to configure scheduling options. For more information, see Scheduling custom reports.
Do not close the window before saving, otherwise the configuration of your report will be lost.
- Select Save to confirm.
