1. Copy the Activation Key from the local user interface.
  1. Start Devices application and join your company.
  1. Go to Sites.
  1. Select the sites, where you want to add Connect Software.
  1. Select Add.
  1. Paste the Activation Key and select Validate.
  • Connect Software is onboarded successfully.

If the validation of the Activation Key fails, make sure that onsite firewall port is opened, and Connect Software can connect to the internet.
