Web browsers and viewing devices
Google Chrome and Chromium based browsers are recommended to use the service. Other standard web browsers may have correct functionality too. When using browsers to operate Connect Software, it is recommended to disable credentials saving function in browser settings, to achieve higher security level.
Virtual machines
We recommend creation of generation 2 virtual machines for supported guest operating systems. All drivers of the system must be compatible with virtualization-based protection of code integrity, otherwise the system might experience failures. Therefore, we recommend enabling these features before enabling them on the target physical machine. The virtualization-based security for guests is applicable for Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2019, or newer operating systems.
