The Table View displays the total number of entities within your company and their details. The following entity types can be viewed:

  • Floors
  • Rooms
  • Equipment
  • Data points

Depending on the selected type, different functions are available.

Data points

  1. Partition: Displays the partition that is selected. Change: Change the partition.
  2. Type: Displays the type of entities that are displayed in the table. Change: Change the type.
  3. Search: Filter the table to only display entities based on their detail attributes.
  4. Edit: Edits the selected entity. This button is available for all entity types.
  5. Change status: Changes the status of the selected data point. This button is only available if Point is selected as Type (2).
  6. Tag data points: Opens dialog to edit tags for single or multiple data points. For more information on tagging data points, see Tagging data points.
  7. Options: Assigns selected data points to the new or existing equipment. This button is only available if Point is selected as Type (2).
  8. Group by: Displays data point list via selected view mode. This button is only available if Point is selected as Type (2).
  9. Column settings: Opens dialog to change which details you want to view in the table.
  10. Table: Displays all entities of the selected type (2) for the selected partition (1). The table displays different column titles depending on the selected type (2).

Locations and equipment

  1. Edit: Edits the selected entity. This button is available for all entity types.
  2. Create: Creates multiple entities of the same type as selected for the table.
  3. Delete: Delete the selected entries from the table.
