The maximum number of data sets for export is 10,000. Use filters to avoid exceeding the maximum number of data sets.

  1. Select one site and then History .
  1. (Optional) Select the category to filter. Multiple categories can be selected.
  1. (Optional) Select Filter by date range.
  • The date dialog box opens.
  • Select the start date.
  • Select the end date.
  1. Select Export details.
  • The number of exported data sets is displayed.
  • The file is saved to folder C:\Users\UserName\Downloads (e.g.: history-incidents-MiniFoot-11_25_20 7_35_59 AM CE.xlsx).
