Thanks to the intuitive user interface of Desigo Fire Portal, tasks can be easily performed on computers, laptops, tablets, or smart phones. We recommend using the Chrome browser.

2 | Status Toolbar | Displays an overview of the states of all registered sites. Also acts as a filter to display only sites with a specific state in the map overview and site list |
3 | Map overview | Displays all sites registered in the Cloud. The size of the map can vary based on the various facilities and may be limited to one country. |
4 | Search field | The Site filter searches by site name and/or address. The text filter filters all sites by the entered term. A search query always applies to multiple columns. |
5 | Site list | Displays all sites registered in the Cloud as a list. Colors and symbols indicate the general state of the applicable site. |

1 | Site information | Indicates the current site details. The Site-ID or applicable security norms EN, UL or ULC can be edited or changed. | |

Device list
The device list displays all the devices belonging to this site. Customized test plans can be created from the device list.

2 | Hierarchy browser | Displays the plant hierarchy of the devices:
Click another hierarchy level to display subordinate devices. |
3 | Meters | Displays the devices selected for the test plan as well as the total number of devices. |
4 | Device filter | The text filter applies to the Description. If you enter, for example, text 30, the results from all the columns are listed, including "301". Other filters include: Model, Last tested, State, and Next due test. |
5 | Device list | Displays detailed information on zones and devices. |

Address | Depending on the selected hierarchy level, either zone addresses, or device addresses are displayed. | |

Last tested | Displays the date of the last conducted test. It displays regardless of the test results. The symbol displays the test state from the sum of the subordinate information. | |
Next due test | Displays the next test date. The default is 365 days to next test. The value may vary depending on national regulations. N/A during the initial commissioning of a site means that device data on the building must be updated. | |
6 | Create | The selected devices can be added to a new or existing test plan. Device data must be updated during initial commissioning of a site. |

8 | Synchronize | Synchronizes the data between the devices and Desigo Fire Portal. |

Test plan
The test plan list displays all the test plans belonging to this site. The test plans can be edited, copied, and deleted. The state must be set to open before the devices can be tested as per the test plan.
Only fire engineers and fire administrators can see the test plans.

2 | Test plan filter | The text filter applies to columns State, Test plan name, and Assigned to. If you enter, for example, "1", the results from all three columns, as well as result "14" are listed. |

Set data and time format
The browser settings determine the date/time display. The settings can be edited and managed in the Chrome browser at Google Chrome > Settings > Advanced > Languages > Language.
User language
The user language can be Portal set prior to logging on to Desigo Fire Portal. Desigo Fire Portal reports and information from the fire control panel are displayed in the selected language (where available).
