Troubleshooting

Log in to the Cloud failed. Ensure that ABT Cloud Gateway is active.

The error message displays if the user attempts to connect ABT Site to the Cloud, but ABT Cloud Gateway is not operating on the applicable computer.

ABT Cloud Gateway is not operating.

Start ABT Cloud Gateway, restart ABT Site and reconnect using Cloud Connection in ABT Site.

Cloud Connect device failed. See ABT Cloud Gateway for details.

The error message displays if the device is already connected via ABT Cloud Gateway and the user attempts to connect the device from Devices in the Cloud in ABT Site.

The device is already connected via ABT Cloud Gateway. The connection cannot be simultaneously connected by two tools.

Disconnect the device ABT Cloud Gateway and reconnect from ABT Site.
